1. State funded institution of higher professional education “Moscow State Medical and Dental University of A. I. Evdokimov” (Moscow, Russian Federation)

Abstract: Yury Borisovich Belousov is rightly called the founder of clinical pharmacology in the Russian Federation. Yu. B. Belousov was the Chief Clinical Pharmacologist and Deputy Chairman of the Pharmacological Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Interdepartmental Council on Antibiotic Policy at the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Organizing Committee and Chairman of the Council of Experts of the “Federal Manual for Doctors on Drug Use”. Yuri Borisovich was one of the founders and vice-president of the Russian National Congress "Man and Medicine". Thanks to him, congresses and congresses of the Russian Scientific Medical Society of Therapists acquired a new sound. The article is in Russian.
