Abstract:A long-term monitoring of the incidence of digestive cancers was carried out according to the population cancer register in Novosibirsk in 1988–2012. Diff erent trends were established in the cancer incidence of indi vidual localizations: from a two-fold decrease in indicators for stomach cancer to a one-thir d increase in colorectal cancer. Cancer risk factors of diff e- rent localizations are discussed.
