Abstract: Report on the work of the jubilee XVI Congress of the Scientific Society of Gastroenterologists of Russia, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the Society. The Congress took place in the frames of the XI National Congress of Therapists on the 24-25 November 2016 in Moscow in Crocus City Hall. 5876 physicians from 85 regions and 334 cities of the Russian Federation took part in the Congress.
