    Резюме: Публикация в 1984 г. в журнале Lancet австралийских авторов R. Warren и B. Marshall об обнаружении Helicobacter pylori стала первым этапом революционных изменений взглядов на развитие патологии желудка. Начало 21 века ознаменовалось доказательством существования в желудке большого количества других микроорганизмов. Второй этап революции верифицирован Киотским консенсусом по гастриту и европейским консенсусом Маастрихт 5, подтвердившими возможность жизнедеятельности и ассоциации с патологией желудка различных бактерий, вирусов и грибов.

    Резюме: Проблема экстрагастродуоденальных проявлений инфекции Helicobacter pylori изучается более 20 лет. Значение Helicobacter pylori в развитии идиопатической тромбоцитопенической пурпуры, железодефицитной и B 12-дефицитной анемии, атеросклероза, ожирения, бронхиальной астмы, болезни Альцгеймера, болезни Паркинсона нашло отражение в V Маастрихтском соглашении. В обзоре приведены полученные в последние годы данные о взаимосвязи хеликобактерной инфекции с развитием сердечно-сосудистых, неврологических, гематологических, дерматологических заболеваний, а также с развитием сахарного диабета и метаболического синдрома.

    Резюме: Эозинофильный эзофагит (ЭоЭ) - редко диагностируемое заболевание, протекающее с явлениями дисфагии, основной отличительной чертой которого является эозинофильная инфильтрация слизистой оболочки пищевода. Представлен клинический случай, демонстрирующий трудности дифференциальной диагностики ЭоЭ и гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ). ЭоЭ - болезнь, сходная по клинике с ГЭРБ, но отличная по этиопатогенезу, требующая принципиально иного подхода к лечению. Несмотря на четкие дифференциально-диагностические критерии, необходимо помнить, что для исключения ГЭРБ клиницист должен анализировать всю совокупностью клинических и гистологических данных, что позволит сделать правильное заключение и выбрать адекватную лечебную тактику.
